Architect owner Ted Kollaja found his current dream home in the cul-de-sac of West Shore. Set on a creek lot with dramatic views, the single-story ranch was just he and his family were looking for. A mid-century enthusiast and purist, Kollaja stayed true to the original design while opening up the kitchen and living and using architectural elements of the era to define the space.
